This class is appropriate for all fitness levels FAB 4: Another combination class which will include four activities such as step, kickboxing, old fashioned high low, plyometrics and cardio drills, etc� this class is appropriate for all fitness levels. PILATES FUSION: This is an innovative Pilates class where you will burn calories, strengthen your core, and tone and define your muscles by implementing resistance bands and/or light weights. Pairs floor and standing pilates sequences with light to moderate weights and classic isometric poses that challenge difficult muscle groups. STEP CHALLENGE: This class is high intensity, faster pace with challenging choreography. Intermediate to advanced level. STEP JAM: This step class offers participants a high power workout with more advanced choreography. Mambo, pivots, and twirls are all options. STUDIO CYCLING: Studio Cycling is a cardio workout on a stationary bike designed to burn calories, build muscle and promote a healthy heart. Classes are real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart rate zones, hill work, climbs and sprints, which makes for an unpredictable ride that is both fun and challenging.
