AB-SOLUTION: A quick 15 minute gut-grinding abdominal tightening workout guaranteed to strengthen abdominals/ oblique muscles, improve posture and prevent lower back injuries. This workout may utilize props such as stability balls, bars, and/or weights. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

LesMills BODYPUMP: The original barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body. This class challenges all your major muscle groups by usig the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music will motivate you! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

EVOLUTION: dedicated total body training that incorporates body weight, resistance, core work, balance and flexibility training in non-stop, results oriented sequencing. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

FAB 4: another great combination class which will include four activities such as: step, kickbox, old fashioned hi-lo, pliometrics, cardio drills, etc. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

FOREVER YOUNG: Stay as young as you feel! Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and functional activity for daily life. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels – great for deconditioned, first timers, prenatal clients and especially those with more experience at life!

FUSION:yoga and pilates blended into one! Appropriate for all fitness levels.

HATHA YOGA: a gentle approach blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength and breathing techniques. This class is wonderful for all levels. Reshape your body and mind!

KICKBOXING: A challenging athletic style workout for participants of all fitness levels, designed to incorporate self-defense techniques and drills to enhance your strength and endurance. A great alternative to the typical aerobics class!

KRIPALU YOGA: for all levels. This class will study the basics with emphasis on alignment, extension, and compassionate awareness of the body in postures, breathing techniques and brief meditation, working towards several yoga posture flows, with variations to support different levels of experience and flexibility.

PILATES:The hot new exercise trend for both men and women! Pilates combines key elements of stress reduction and bodywork. Exercises are based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles. May use props such as mini bars, weights, balls, etc. Great for all from athletes to dancers!

RECESS: Remember when recess was the best part of your day? It can be again! No grapevines, no dancey choreography, just athletic style training. Combining pliometrics, agility, and strength training, this class will also improve your cardiovascular endurance. Great for all participants as the intensity is 100% participant controlled.

SLOW FLOW YOGA: A gentle vinyasa flow linking breath with ongoing slowflow of postures. This class will build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and serenity. For all fitness levels.

STEP: straightforward step, guaranteed sweat! Basic knowledge of STEP is recommended - this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

STEP-TENSITY:Another great conditioning step class with interval cycles of a step combination with a drill for the ultimate fat burner. Basic knowledge of STEP is recommended – this class is appropriate for all levels.

STRONG STEP:cycles of STEP with strength training for an overall total body workout. Intensity in this class is 100% participant controlled; however, stamina will be a factor! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

VINYASA YOGA: a more vigorous, athletic approach to yoga using flowing poses that are linked to the breath. Classes are diverse and vary with the instructor.

X-TRAIN: Intervals of high-intensity conditioning and power moves designed to maximize your strength and stamina. This no holds barred workout includes cardiovascular as well as muscular conditioning drills and exercises. Anything and everything is fair game in this total body blow out! Great for all participants as the intensity is 100% participant controlled.

ZUMBA: The newest fitness sensation!!! Zumba is a cardio based workout designed for everyone. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes. Routines feature interval training with a combination of slow and fast rhythms to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Class participants of any level can start with Zumba. Be prepared to move and be moved!
