Couch to 5k - Albany, NY
Have you ever wanted to run a road race but never thought you could?
With assistance from Kelcie and Liam, you’ll be able to run a 5k!
A 12 week progressive program will include:
- 1 training session per week
- 1 running session per week
- Progressive training program and running schedule
- Nutritional information and guidance
