Experience: I grew up in Jamestown, NY. I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years. I ran personal training for Professional Fitness in Buffalo World Gym's for almost 2 years. I trained athletes looking to get a competitive edge, people rehabbing from injuries, looking reduce the risk's caused by obesity or just trying to improve their quality of life. My goal as a trainer is to improve the quality of life of every one of my clients and work toward getting them to the body of their dreams.
I graduated from the National Personal Trainers Institute in Orlando Florida with a degree in personal training and nutrition consultation. I also went to school for Culinary Arts and New York Institute of Massage. I play Soccer, Hockey, Basketball and also competed in a triathlon.

Experience: I was born and raised in Erie, PA and attended Villa Maria Academy High School where I played basketball and ran track. I attended the University of South Carolina and majored in Studio Art. I'm certified through 24 Hour Fitness and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. For the past 2 years, I have been working in Hollywood, CA training celebrities, models and those involved in the TV/film and music industry. I have helped 3 clients lose over 100lbs and I've helped all of m clients reduce their body fat percentage. I have a very strong sports background and I competed in basketball, track & field, soccer, tennis, golf, gymnastics, dance, softball and cross country. I specialize in weight loss, sports performance, and women's training.

Experience: I have been working as a personal trainer and been competing in bodybuilding for 5 years. I have competed and placed 7 shows; winning the title of Mr. Teen PA. and Mr. PA. My philosophy on personal training is focused on two things; the uniqueness of each individual and the positive health and fitness improvements of the individual's total life style. Every person is diverse. That is a very important factor in a personal trainer's ability in getting the client to accomplish their optimal levels of success. What works for one individual doesn't mean it will work well for another. I will find out what works best for you!

Experience: I grew up in Erie, PA. After graduating from Cathedral Prep, I attended Penn State University and received my bachelor's degree in Biology specializing in human development and genetics. I started my personal training career in Pensacola, Florida. My Fitness expertise lies in manipulation of body composition, core strength and stability, and pre-/post-op rehabilitation.

Goal: "Whatever it Takes" is my motto and I'll do whatever it takes for an individual to reach their personal goals.
Experience: I spent five years managing five different facilities on the University Park Campus, training with hundreds of students and faculty members. In that time I also worked with multiple sports teams, including golf, tennis, soccer, and many others.

Not only did he help me achieve my goal; he also inspired me so deeply that I decided to study to become a personal trainer to help other people believe and achieve their own goals. I participated on the track and field team at WVU, where I completed a degree in Sport Management. I studied through the American Council on Exercise for my Personal Training Certification. Goal: My goal is to get you in great shape, help you to develop skills, coordination, and flexibility so you can lead a healthy lifestyle. I would also introduce you to healthy diet choice to improve your lifestyle.
Experience: I have a lot of experience in general fitness such as weight training, plyometric training, aerobic training, and much more beacause of my athletic experience. I am originally from Windsor Ontario, Canada and came to the United States on an athletic scholarship to play soccer for Edinboro University. I graduated in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education.
My experience in college helped me become the person I am today in personal training and health. I instructed cardio classes at two local gyms. I was an in-home personal trainer for the last year before I joined the Best Fitness Team. My Job is to help others succeed and reach their goals by changing their ways to help better their mind, body, and spirit. I love what I do because I love the challenge of helping other SUCCEED!
