GENTLE YOGA: Will focus primarily on the flexibility and relaxation components of a traditional yoga class HI/LO: Traditional floor aerobics - you can bounce if you want, or keep your feet planted on the floor throughout the class KICKBOXING: An action packed, heart pumping class. PILATES: Exercises in this class are based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. PIYO: For those of you looking for the best of both mind -body worlds, this class is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. Traditional yoga poses and sequences will help you to gain flexibility and strength while the Pilates mat work segments will focus on the strengthening and centering of your core. This class is great for beginners as well as advanced yoga and Pilates participants. POWERBALL: Skills, drills, and sequences to keep you moving non-stop. Learn basic drills, plyometric progression and strength building using a weighted medicine ball. Come ready to work. Specialty POWERSTEP: This step class is all about Power. Get your heart rate up with combinations that appeal to all steppers. Choreography will be fun and athletic based. POWER YOGA: A vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. A great class for people who want yoga as a way to work out as well as relax the mind and body. ROCKBOTTOM: This 45 minute total leg class will be sure to wake you up. This class will incorporate body weight, tubes, Gliding Discs, hand weights and much more. STEP JAM: This step class offers participants a high power workout with more advanced choreography. Mambo, pivots, and twirls are all options STEP INTERVAL: This class combines the best of POWERSTEP and CHISEL. TABATA: A Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes.
