NO! There will be no additional charge for Best Fitness members.
Not exactly. The great thing about Spinning is that a single class is appropriate for all levels. Your instructor will give you options whenever needed, and you are in charge of your own level of intensity. Your ride is truly YOUR RIDE!
If you have never taken a class before, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. The instructor will take this time to teach you proper bike set-up, hand positions and to make sure you are comfortable on the bike before the actual ride starts.
Please bring a towel and water bottle- you will need them both. Your typical work-out clothing is sufficient, though some people prefer to wear bicycle shorts. Sneakers are ok as well, the stiffer the sole the better.The bikes are equipped with clips should you want to wear your outdoor cycling shoes to class.
You can sign up for class at the front desk 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. You must be in the building to sign up- you may not call ahead.
