Ashtanga Yoga: involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Level I for beginners to intermediate. Level II for intermediate to advanced.

Chisel: Define and Refine! NO Cardio- Toning and strengthening utilizing resistance bands, weights, body bars, and step benches. Strength training is critical in building bone density. Beginners to advance.

Chisel PLUS: This class is a step up from Chisel. It will not only DEFINE and REFINE your body, but also improve your heart with cardio intervals. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Cardio Pump: Low impact aerobics utilizing light hand weights during the aerobics segment.

Core Endurance: Incorporates plyometrics, strength training, cardio, everything high intensity to get your heart pumping and body sweating

Forever Young: Stay as young as you feel! A cross training workout for Baby Boomers and anyone taking up the fitness lifestyle or coming back after a lay-off. Includes a warm-up, Cardio, Strength training, cool down, and flexibility.

Instructor’s Choice: Instructor chooses between Intervals, Paddles, or Chisel. Whatever the choice, this class is sure to get your heart pumping.

Kickboxing: Basic kickboxing skills with cardio intervals in the mix to give you a high, intense calorie burning workout.

Pilates: A mat workout with exercises that are based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the abdominals while increasing flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles.

POWER Abs: 30 minutes abs workout for those that want a Rock Hard six pack

Pure Step (formally Step I): Don’t be out off by complicated step classes. This class straight forward- pure step! This “no Frills” class is perfect for participants need to get in the step groove and don’t want to think about anything. Beginner to Intermediate.

Rock Steady: An entire 30 minutes dedicated to your lower half. A lower body boot camp that leaves you feeling weak but wanting more!

Stability Ball: Learn to create strength in your core, while using weights in practical combinations utilizing different muscle groups in just a half hour.

Step Jam (formally Step II): Challenge your body and mind in this creatively choreographed step class. This class is designed to help improve coordination, body awareness, and cardiovascular conditioning. Suggested for experienced steppers.

Studio Sampler: For members new to Group Fitness, this class provides a sample of various classes offered at Best Fitness.

Total Body Fitness: a medium to high intensity muscle-toning aerobic workout that uses light hand weights. The program consists of an aerobic warm-up, body-sculpting, floor-work and a cool down stretch. All you need is hand weights and a floor mat.

willPower & grace®:an inspiring, high-energy cardiovascular and total body conditioning workout, developed by Stacy Lee Krauss, a leader in barefoot fitness. This unique workout is for students of all levels, male and female.

Yoga: A gentle approach blending various styles of yoga to improve flexibility, strength and breathing techniques. The posture sequence lengthens and stretches the muscles at the same time it builds lean muscle mass. Wonderful for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA: a fitness based dance class that incorporates Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic workout system that will work the body from head to toe! It's fun, effective and different from anything you've done before! It's a party you don't want to miss!

ZUMBA◊ :(for beginners) ZUMBA THE SIMPLE WAY! The main difference is that ZUMBA◊ is done at a slower intensity -- not as fast, but still a PARTY!  The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used. This program is easy to follow -- anyone at any age will be able to do it and have fun.
